Nghi Son Oil Refinery

Nghi Son LHD project is a national key project, the second LHD project of Vietnam; Built on an area of ​​400 hectares in Nghi Son Economic Zone.
Oil refining capacity reaches 200,000 barrels/day (equivalent to 10 million tons/year) using crude oil materials imported from Kuwait.
The project has a total investment of 9 billion USD, contributed by investors including: Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) 25.1%, Kuwait Petroleum International Company (KPI/KPE) 35.1% , Japan Idemitsu Kosan Company (IKC) 35.1%, Japan Mitsui Chemical Company (MCI) 4.7%.
Nghi Son Refining and Petrochemical Company Limited (NSRP) was established by investors under the Joint Venture Contract signed on April 7, 2008 and the Investment Certificate on April 14, 2008.
