How we control safety
- Lift planningHeavy or complex lifts get a lift plan: crane chosen from its load chart, set-up position, rigging and sequence.
- Inspected equipmentCranes and lifting gear are inspected as required by regulation; certificates travel with the equipment.
- PeopleOperators and riggers are trained and hold the relevant certificates; site managers supervise on site.
- Toolbox talksTasks, risks and signals are briefed before each shift and the lift zone is barricaded.
- Workshop maintenanceOur mechanics and electricians service the fleet at the Dinh Vu workshop in Hai Phong.
- Ground and weatherGround is assessed and matted with steel plates where needed; lifts stop when wind exceeds the manufacturer's limit.
